- WATERFRONT DECKS - If lying in the sun appeals to you, then you'll enjoy lounging on one of our 5 waterfront decks. Situated along the channel of the Marina, take in the breathtaking view and watch the boats sail by!
- LIBRARY & GAME ROOM - If you are in the mood for reading a good book, relaxing or playing a game of pool - come down to Library.
- THE VILLAGE - This fun central spot of our community includes the convenience of an on site Market/Deli, Dry Cleaners and Salon.
- FITNESS CENTER - Our state-of-the-art fitness center encompasses Maxicam cable workout machines including: 4 treadmills, 2 lifecycles, a stairclimber and slider. After an invigorating workout, take a long hot shower, soak in the spa or lounge in the sauna. Hours of operation are from 5am to Midnight.
- MULTIMEDIA ROOM - In the mood for a movie night? Take advantage of our magnificent Multimedia Room equipped with a large screen television, surround sound, theater seating for 20, a DVD player, and VCR.
